Not all positions and stores are equal - Office Associate Sendik's Employee Review

Most managers did not look or follow dayforce for scheduling. HR doesn't manage complaints well. At my store in front end they expect you to help out in almost everyone department but at a cashier pay grade, and when I asked for a raise I was told no I make the average amount as an office associate. Most managers lack experience within the store you'll be lucky if they know how use a cash register. Expectations differ between departments and even stores. Little acknowledgment or even care if you work in a fresh 2 go compare to a big store.
