Pros
I have never worked somewhere where my thoughts and feelings of the company were BETTER 7 months later than they were when I first started. How in the world Sendoso gets MORE impressive over time, is beyond me. But I am very grateful for it. In just 3 years our executives have been able to create a company that most companies - no matter how mature or 'woke' - can achieve ever. Employees are proud to be here. On the whole, employees feel safe here; psychologically, physically, professionally. This is an achievement greater than many may be able to fully appreciate. People (as people) are seen, allowed to be individuals, and everyone is able to build a life and a work-family. I love love love the friends, family, career, and personal growth that I have been able to achieve at Sendoso.
Cons
I don't personally have any. Being perfectly frank, the biggest "cons" about Sendoso are the exact same ones that come with any other startup. What Sendoso apart from other start-ups? Our executives listen. They care. They are people just like us. They realize that "work-life balance" is critical and that the people working for them are humans, not robots. We move very very quickly. Personally, I love this. However, this isn't an environment for everyone. Things move super quickly, and we are paving the way for the future while still being kind, empathetic, patient, and optimistic.
