Pros
They have a good product idea, and the product itself is pretty good. Provide a decent amount of time off PTO, and holidays. Career opportunities for people who can make it in a dysfunctional, uncooperative environment with a sink or swim mentality.
Cons
Departments and organization are not managed well at all. They talk the talk about employee morale and culture but they don't walk the walk, so it's all meaningless. They manage with unrealistic expectations, and it's a combative, dysfunctional and uncooperative environment as a whole. Management does not put any effort into developing their people. It's clear that they do not value their employees. Incredibly disappointing experience. Looking from the outside in, thought it would be a great experience for growth, but the environment, culture, and management style all lack maturity, sophistication, and a willingness to invest in employee growth.
