Pros
- Unlimited PTO - DoorDash credits each week - Vacation bonuses - No oversight/accountability
Cons
Leadership - The company is run by two former sales guys who are still learning how to run their business while trying to adhere to SoftBank's hyper ambitious growth goals to capitalize on their investment. They seem to have a hard time retaining (or listening to) the leaders they hire to take them to the next level as they don't last very long. Culture - The people are okay; very cliquey and promotions seem to be based more around who you're friends with than they are performance. Sales - There's definitely some good sales people on the AE side of things but the inbound/outbound SDR org needs to clean house. Somewhere along the line SDRs were taught that loading your sales emails up with cute puns and quid-pro-quo'ing personalized gifts for meetings was the same thing as "selling"; which worked for a time when a sending platform was still a new concept. The problems is those same SDRs became managers and the practice continued for far longer than it should have. Following the layoffs, management is finally acknowledging how much this drives down the meeting quality and SDRS that leave struggle to get meetings in their new roles without gifts to exchange. Marketing - Too busy keeping up with TikTok trends.
