Cons
Ever since the cto was let go there has been a HUGE lack of transparency about our financial health, vision, and business needs. This was followed by a massive round of layoffs mid-year and another round this month. We continue to hear from C-suite leaders that we will get through it and are doing fine Company wide meetings continue to provide little useful information about the state of the business and only showcase wins from non-tech departments. Limited promotions make deserving employees feel unseen and under-deserved.
