Pros
Sendoso has a very collaborative culture where you feel like you have a voice. It is a start-up, so things can be crazy at times, but I view that as a "pro" because every day is interesting and I get to be part of building a company! Leadership has been extremely supportive in my time here, which is worth its weight in gold. I love coming to work every day and that's due to great leadership, an awesome culture, and great coworkers!
Cons
Being that Sendoso is a start-up, things change quickly. I view this as a positive, but if you don't do well with change, then Sendoso probably isn't for you.
