Not the place to grow - Software Engineer Sendoso Employee Review

You're a number on an excel. Technology speaking, for a while, it looked like Sendoso was going in the right direction, but the truth is that right now, the majority of the work is bug fixing completely coupled and unmanageable code more than progress in the product. Any new feature is built on top of this code, which makes everything even more complicated. There are better places to be to progress in your career. The all-hands and company announcements in general, are a complete shitshow where the exec team kiss each other (a)ss, and in general, they are a waste of time, as there are no real announcements on them. Things need to change quite a lot for the company not to sink.
