Pros
The people is one of the biggest positives about Sendoso, each person wants to see the business grow. Sendoso had some changes previously that has now helped the company advance. New leadership has allowed everyone to see the roadmap, where previously it wasn't as clear.
Cons
I think Sendoso is continuing to develop and work on employee moral, this takes time. Sendoso had some tough times previously and hopefully that is all in the past. You can really see the business cares.
