I had the pleasure of working at Seneca Resources for a little under a year. My husband and I just welcomed our first child and I have decided to take the year off to focus on our family. I highly recommend this organization to both customers and prospective employees. Coming from one of the worlds largest staffing organizations I was skeptical of making the move to Seneca Resources, come to find out it was the best career decision I have ever made. They offer the best commission structure in the industry, hands down! Seneca resources also offers great opportunity to both new and experienced account managers. Unlike most competitors in the industry, the owners are involved in the day to day business and offer exceptional guidance and advice as needed.
