      Micromanagement by middle managers and too many bosses per employee. Management needs to be aware of whole workload and urgency of tasks.

      They have some good people working here.

      Cons

      Major lack of training. Also, not enough recruiters internally to help close the deals that you bring in. So you pretty much develop business that you can't actually close. Why bother hiring BDMs/BDDs that they can't support to begin with..
