      Good pay, great managers and good benefits! A total win.

      They try to lowball your starting pay so you need to negotiate for higher salary in the initial process since they are stingy with their raises.

      They have some good people working here.

      Cons

      Major lack of training. Also, not enough recruiters internally to help close the deals that you bring in. So you pretty much develop business that you can't actually close. Why bother hiring BDMs/BDDs that they can't support to begin with..
