Dementia! I learned to love working with dementia patients but be warned if it's your first job with them. Don't take what they say personally. I wish someone had told me that before my first position. It's not about you. It's about them. Second! Beeoches. There are so many old ladies you're going to run into who are BEEOCHES. Don't be afraid to tell the bossman that I'm sorry, this isn't a good fit. I was too afraid to say something and ended up staying with a little old lady who was H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS to work with for two years. Former CEO of a company. Beeoch! Stand up for yourself.
