      I've had the opportunity to work for Senior Lifestyle twice now, and so happy to be back. The Company truly is mission focused with a real culture of caring people taking care of seniors.

      Like any large organization, there is challenge with communication and implementation of new initiatives.

      There was a lot of turnover, but the new employees are wonderful
