      I've been with Senior Lifestyle for 14 years, and one of the things I appreciate most is how genuinely our executive team cares about our residents and team members. Decisions are made with residents' and team members best interests at heart. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and purpose driven. I feel heard, valued, and empowered to make a difference every day.
