Pros
I do not work there anymore and am not stuck managing a community of good people and residents who will get hurt by the latest cut bait tactics and self serving operations initiatives.
Cons
The top tier of leadership includes one old industry CEO who should be forced to retire and one COO with no college education making business decisions based on emotion and getting "even". You can see how many of the good leaders have left. They chose to leave. Does anyone wonder why all the most well respected people have left? First the owners son followed by someone who got promoted and immediately walked out. They have been replaced by a ship of fools that were brought in because no one else wanted it. No surprise that I have heard that the company is barely hanging on. And there are plenty more hits to come. People talk. The investors are pulling out and jobs will be cut. All the tough tactics have not worked. Unless the goal was to ruin the company.
