      Cnas are very carrying as most staff is there

      Cons

      Very low pay,hard to find staff to cover if your sick,they want the beds filled and the money but the care is much to be desired. Poor communication. Very combative patients. Super high turnover

      Love the new ED and staff members. Great residents and families.

      There was a lot of turnover, but the new employees are wonderful
