Pros
Nice facility, well decorated with good amenities for the people who live there. Beautiful location, easy access and not a lot of resident complaints.
Cons
Terrible corporate beaurocracy, bad communications from the corporate office. Good old boy network, too much downside management, with emphasis only on the bottom line with out regard to the needs of the staff or residents.
