Hiring process for front line staff too complicated and lengthy resulting in loss candidates. Job description is simply unrealistic especially since you're also managing staff and handling scheduling and call offs. Ridiculous that caregivers are expected to serve food, clean and set back up the dining room in addition to providing care to residents. Seems unsanitary that the person who's helping people to the bathroom is also handing your food. Corporate has relationships with companies such as home health,Therapy, and a Doctor's office and they basically demand that you refer to them which is totally unethical.
