      Since the beginning, I've received fair and respectful treatment from this company. What began as a temporary stint at SLC has turned into a rewarding five-year journey. The culture here is diverse, embraces innovation, and is deeply committed to our senior community.

      Cons

      Every company faces challenges and areas for improvement—no organization is perfect. Yet, I've observed that SLC acknowledges its areas for growth. Moreover, I've seen committed, long-term leadership actively striving for these improvements every day. That is what matters!
