There is zero leadership! The corporate office does not provide the support and training for key leadership to be successful in this role. They simply blame everything on the care staff ... when there is no leadership that provides the right training, encouragement and accountability. The leadership works 9-5 in a building that operates 24/7... there is no suprevision or a leadership workflow. Untrained Med Techs are left trying to do the job of a nurse... they can not seem to keep an Excutive director or nurse in the building. I worked there for 2 years and went trough 6 Executive Directors and 9 nurses!! The building needs good leaders who care and support the staff not blame the staff for their lack of structure and consistency!!
