      Pros

      This is the type of company where you actually hear from and feel supported by the CEO/CFO. The VP's and Regional Support are top tier and they do a great job in training their Executive Directors as well as make us feel supported. If I need something, my superiors are an email or phone call away. Lots of room for growth!

      Cons

      Some of the systems are old. I came from the largest senior living company before coming here to SLC and some of the operating/financial systems we work on are outdated and not as innovative as I am used to. The health benefits are also not the greatest.

      Love the new ED and staff members. Great residents and families.

      There was a lot of turnover, but the new employees are wonderful
