      Pros

      Honestly, just the residents, who most of them appreciate what you do for them. They can really make your day.

      Cons

      I worked at The Sheridan at Bethel Park. A lot of neglect and abuse in this location, management doesn't care. Management hires their friends and doesn't care what the lazy staff members do, but will continue to harass the staff that cares. Unprofessional, and this location is running on an expired provisional license and continue to not care for the residents. Too much drama, SL should just shut this specific location down, it's to the point of no return.
