      Some of the residents and staff members are great!

      Cons

      Unsafe resident practices, the large majority of management staff, unprofessional and immature working environment, job insecurity, constant disapproval from management, extreme lack of leadership.

      There was a lot of turnover, but the new employees are wonderful
