      Pros

      We receive a lot of support from the Chicago office. Their staff is great and always willing to help when needed. Here at Addison of Garden Way, we’re more like a family than co-workers. It’s truly a wonderful place to work — the supportive environment, teamwork, and caring culture make coming to work every day rewarding and enjoyable

      Cons

      One thing to keep in mind is that Manager/Director hours can be somewhat inflexible, and there isn’t a casual dress option on Fridays, even for the leadership team. While the expectations are clear and professional, a bit more flexibility could make this already wonderful workplace even better.
