      Good place to work unfortunately MANAGEMENT is horrible . - Food Service Senior Star Employee Review

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, decent pay for young adults.

      Cons

      Management is unfair to employees ESPECIALLY in food service. They’re not consistent with work policies amongst employees. None the less, when calling HR to address concerns they don’t return calls. Management just makes you feel unappreciated and have no have no problem playing favorites.

      Great people to work with. Made a lot of great friends and honestly why I worked there so long.

      Cons

      Pay jumped during covid, which made a lot of us realize how little we were all getting paid. The 20 dollars an hour was before I left. At the time I was working there I could have walked across the street and gotten a job at target and gotten paid more stocking shelves, working less hours, and less work, than what I was making cooking for 10 years at the same location, but I was young stupid and didn't know my worth. I still have friends that work there and believe it has gotten better.
