      Great residents Hard working care partners

      Cons

      Disrespectful how management throws a party for people in management and not hardworking team. No acknowledgement for other team members. Favoritism. We work short with no acting director. Instead of throwing a party or being behind closed doors, come help us answer calls. These residents need attention. Quit harping on our team and help. It’s really unfair and I’m unhappy. This is supposed to be a great place to work but it is certainly not

      Great people to work with. Made a lot of great friends and honestly why I worked there so long.

      Cons

      Pay jumped during covid, which made a lot of us realize how little we were all getting paid. The 20 dollars an hour was before I left. At the time I was working there I could have walked across the street and gotten a job at target and gotten paid more stocking shelves, working less hours, and less work, than what I was making cooking for 10 years at the same location, but I was young stupid and didn't know my worth. I still have friends that work there and believe it has gotten better.
