I really love this community of people. The best job I've ever had! Not only do you get to work with amazing people, but you get to visit with our amazing residents every day. I can honestly say I truly look forward to going to work every day!
Cons
Senior Star is a great company, with such strong values and high expectations that permeate everything we do. Lots of great processes and tools in place, but also freedom, flexibility and independence to make decisions. This isn't the kind of job or environment where one can come to "settle" but I think that makes it one of our strengths. We are constantly improving for the better. Performance excellence, making people's days, going above and beyond in everything we do... that's the name of our game! If you love working with other high performers - this is the place for you.
