Business Outlook
Pros
Employees find ways to connect with each other to have a positive working environment. The ability to work on creating photographic art that will touch people’s lives is rewarding.
Cons
They are chasing their tail. They don’t pay their bills so there isn’t enough supplies to complete the orders so orders go down (and revenue goes down) so they can’t pay the bills. Their ethics are questionable. They are inconsistent in how they apply policies and/or hold people accountable. I’m not really sure that anyone on the executive team knows how to run a business much less a profitable one.
