The operations team suffers from a total lack of leadership, driven by a person who is fundamentally out of his depth and actively sabotaging the department’s survival. The engineering team is bloated with incompetence, and the fiscal rot has reached a breaking point where the company can no longer pay its vendors, leaving essential supplies on credit hold. Management’s only strategy is to purge the staff through mass layoffs to cover for their own failures rather than addressing the fact that the crisis is being manufactured at the executive level. It is a sinking ship where leadership will fire everyone else before they ever look in the mirror.
