Pros

The company has big clients such as Chase

Cons

This company has no leadership. Three VP positions have left the company in the last 2 months. This is not out of the normal. They are starting and leaving always within the same year. The strategy changes as quickly as the leadership. It is a disaster!

The leadership team at Sensibill has seen some changes recently, but the team has worked hard to ensure that we do not lose momentum in achieving our goals. We have had several new leaders join us and we are excited to have their expertise and guidance as we aim to make financial wellness accessible to everyone. We are sorry that you feel the company or role was misrepresented in your interview, but it is not and never has been our intention to deliver anything other than an accurate portrayal of life at Sensibill when meeting with candidates.

Pros

The people I worked with were some of the best people I've come across in the industry so far. Self directed, creative and humble. They were very supportive and I learned a lot from them.

Cons

I think the biggest con is the shaky product market fit, but if the team keeps at it something will stick. One important ingredient for the company to succeed would be to control data acquisition pipeline and not depend upon partners in the b2b spectrum as a sole mechanism.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience at Sensibill. And we completely agree; Sensibillians are incredibly talented people! With regards to market fit, Sensibill is passionate about and excited by growth in clients who are solving small business pain points, and the hand we’ve had in assisting them in that space.

Pros

I've worked at Sensibill for almost two years now and it has been such a refreshing experience. Everyone is working towards the same goal and that cohesiveness makes for a great working environment. I've worked at other places where people are playing politics games and trying to get ahead of each other but at Sensibill it's understood that the way we move forward is by doing what's best for the company and our clients. We also have some great talent and I feel like I can trust my peers skillsets but also I can trust that their intentions are for the best and they want to help each other and the company succeed. I also wanted to call out how impressed I am with the diversity at Sensibill. You will rarely see this company waving a flag about how diverse they are but they live it. We have people from all walks of life and representation from so many different cultures. But the most important thing is that Sensibill strives to empower each employee and encourage them to use their experience and bring their own ideas to the table.

Cons

Sensibill is a startup in a niche market. There's a lot of obstacles to overcome in the industry and limited resources and startup grinding can make things difficult. We have been expanding our product line which is great but after having had just one product for so long it takes time to build up the right momentum.
