No work life balance Management changes their mind on a dime Management is quick to throw you under the bus to suit their own needs Dog-Eat-Dog environment. Everyone is out for themselves Little opportunity for advancement, it's all about who is most liked and who will be the most compliant. Company-wide goals are extremely vague and left up almost entirely to managers interpretation Merit raises are way too low, you keep having more work piled on all year, only to be told you didn't meet your goals and receive a raise of less than 3% Be prepared to go home stressed out everyday, and do not expect to be rewarded for any hard work.
