Willing to take failures as "lessons learned" 2) Opportunities for individuals to have an impact on a growing business - production, quality, engineering, new product development/R&D, logistics and finance. 3) Held with high respect by other divisions of Sensient. Sensient is large, diverse flavors, colors, and fragrances company utilizing many technologies for many products. BioNutrients frequently gets tapped to "beta" new tools and processes. 4) Solid team that is blending the lessons learned in past years with new ways of doing business. Innovative, but not chaotic. 5) Corporate management provides necessary resources. Corp recognizes value of business unit and is willing to invest people, time, and money to helping the team succeed.
Cons
1) Has been difficult to grow professonally beyond a single manufacturing location to take on new responsibilities or new business units. This is slowly changing. 2) Manufacturing locations are a bit remote, often requiring 30-45 min commute from suburban areas.
