      A great opportunity to learn a lot and get your hands dirty. Definitely have to go in with a can do attitude because you will be hitting the ground running. There is a lot of opportunity to grow.

      A lot of work to do but not enough people to do it. Work Life Balance.

      Pros

      My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
