I have personally benefit from this and this is why my perspective at Sensient is very positive. The team I work with are here between 5 - 10 years. Culture: Sensient has built and strengtehn over the past years a real culture and is sharing this standards across all business units. If you`re entrepreneur and result driven - you`re at the good place.

Communication: like every global organization Sensient needs to progress on sharing info between business unit, and keep repeating the message to reach our goal.
