Pros
The time from 1st interview to having a contract in my hand was incredibly short, a really well organised recruitment process. All new starters have an onboarding programme which makes sure the first few months are structured and it helps to speed up the induction process. It means that although I've only been here a short time, I am able to make a significant contribution.
