I have been in the food industry for over 35 years. From fruits, to tomatoes to spices. Each commodity and company have varying differences. The key to each is its employees and communication with upper management. During this COVID crisis I can honestly say that upper management has not been short on communicating. These are weekly, sometimes more than weekly updates from our CEO. Very informative, concise, on point and heartfelt for our well-being. Many of us have been fortunate enough to work from home through this. SNI has been very proactive to take care of each and every one of us. All while providing quality products for our customers in a timely manner. Every precaution has been taken at each facility from the time the employee enters the premises to the time they leave. While I am not physically on site, SNI has provided all the tools I need to continue working remotely. I am very proud to be a very mynute contributor to help our Country through this trying time. I am grateful to Sensient for all the support, energy and positive attitude they’ve displayed.
