      Pros

      Global mobility, strong position in marketplace, fun industry, innovation, good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Too many egos. The executives would rather hear themselves talk than listen. The present once a year workshops and call it development. They are hiring General Managers, a fairly high-level position with "training will be identified" in the job announcement; they have no actual training plans in place for any level of leadership.

      Pros

      My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
