Great company with great people. Family type of environment.

Some times you work long hours, but that's normal in the business.

Small company, so you get to know most of the people. Lots of interaction with executive staff, they care about employees. 9 hour work days, but every other Friday off.

Need approval from executive management for small things. Lots of manual tasks, need to implement better systems throughout.
