Sentar is a government service provider, so the day-to-day work climate is dictated by the government customer, and mostly out of Sentar's control.

It was a good company to work at when I was there, The people were the best part. Good culture and it felt like management cared about you.

Pay was below average when I was there. It also didn't seem like there was much room for growth since everything was based on what contract you were assigned.
