9yAt Sentinel, we strive to have each and every employee with us, no matter the duration, leave with a positive impression. The “Advice to Management” really resonates with us. We have an open door policy available so everyone has a chance to be heard when they have ideas, suggestions, problems, or want to discuss next steps in their careers. Our management team takes this policy very seriously, and the feedback received is used quite often in decision-making. We hope this open door policy is leveraged by any employee that has concerns about their role or career at Sentinel.
While we are always disappointed to receive a low rating by a former employee, we will continue to keep the focus on creating an environment that fosters personal growth, encourages creativity, and rewards success. For the majority, this formula not only allows them to thrive professionally, but also promotes a positive work environment that they have continuously ranked as a “Best Places to Work” in both the Chicago Tribune and Arizona Republic.
