Pros
I am relatively new to Sentinel. When I was hired, I was given clear expectations of my role and responsibilities. In the last year, the support I've received and the autonomy I've been given to do the job has been the best experience of my career. I'm able to leverage my skills, develop my ideas, learn from the things that don't work, and enhance upon the things that do. The Office of the President leads with an open door and open mind. Communication and transparency have ramped up, especially during the pandemic, when employees might be feeling isolated and disconnected. They encourage career path development, support their health and wellness with engaging programs, and celebrate wins regularly. This is a tight-knit group and there is so much to be learned from those who have been here for 25+ years. There is a family atmosphere here that cannot be duplicated in most organizations and I feel like I'm now part of that family. I feel leaders truly care about me, understand my personal responsibilities, and give me the time I need to handle those things as needed.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say.
