Pros

Established company in the MSP sphere. Most managers invest in their people and want them to succeed. Locations in multiple states. Management also was fiscally conservative during the pandemic and the company was able to have stability and grow during that time.

Cons

Growing pains from moving into fully remote employees during the pandemic, and also adjusting to managed services growing at a rapid rate around then. My department (Helpdesk) was not run well at the time, but there has since been a new manager and the Helpdesk has expanded to 24/7 service. It is a very different place now than when I left.

Pros

They are focused on security and are effiecient. Coworkers have worked their over a decade and I see hires get moved around to other positions.

Cons

I questioned the way coworkers got terminated and if what got told afterwards to coworkers was accurate.
