Pros
Excellent growth opportunities in the right departments. Work/Life balance in the correct organizations is great. Free Bevi and Coffee in the main break room. Most people are awesome to work with and the overall atmosphere in the office is great even though there are way more people here than 5 years ago!
Cons
There are some issues with communication trickling down, but that is better since the new employee engagement spaces were created. The biggest problem is with one key leader. He oozes bully tactics and has very little concern for the employee well-being and/or work life balance. This is countered by other insulating leadership, but it is toxic. He is also misogynistic with leaders in the organization - from engaging with him, he has near zero respect for women in leadership and will actively try to undermine their growth. This coupled with a bully mentality leads to a toxic experience for both men and women in the organization. The greater issue is that it is known - but not addressed due to fear of this individual throughout the organization.
