      Pros

      Fantastic technology. Being part of a team in which you can have a direct impact on the company's success. If you want to win in a competitive market with a superior product, this is a great place to work. SentinelOne has some of the smartest minds in cyber security, including many accomplished veterans. The technology is redefining the endpoint market, as witnessed by the growth of the company.

      Cons

      It's a challenging and competitive market. This is not the place to work if you want to hide and just collect a paycheck. However if you are a performer you will be very satisfied.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
