      Pros

      SentinelOne is a fast paced and exciting organization. The growth has been rapid and sustained, and the recent IPO is just a milestone on the longer journey to be the worlds best cyber company. People here share a mission of protecting customers and a culture of inclusiveness. I highly recommend the experience of working here.

      Cons

      Theres a lot of work left to do and it takes effort and dedication. However the common mission shared by the team and leadership makes this a worthwhile journey.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
