Pros

What makes the workplace excellent are people and the company culture. People I enjoy working with are very cooperative and willing to help. I feel unity in pursuit of a common goal. My work is a lot task-based, so I have flexibility in choosing my work hours, which I greatly appreciate. Hard work is noticed, appreciated, and well-rewarded. There are a lot of opportunities to bring your ideas and implement them.

Cons

Honestly, it is hard for me to find any cons. I'm pretty happy working with SentinelOne. Sometimes there are so many things to do that days are too short, but this is normal for hyper-growing companies. And would like to underscore that It's not management that forces me to work long and hard. This is my choice because I strongly believe hard work will bring good results.

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Cons

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
