      Pros

      I have been at SentinelOne since before we went public and have had a great experience. I am allowed the freedom to work with multiple departments on projects of my on design and choosing and am constantly challenged. The culture is outstanding. There is a feeling that everyone's contributions are valued, and internal communications from leadership are supportive and transparent.

      Cons

      We definitely experienced some growing pains, but in my experience, things continue to improve due to the strength of our brand and culture. We recently have had some organizational changes that have set us on a better path. Personally, I have found it difficult to grow my own career in the way I'd like to, as I have a somewhat unconventional role without a clear trajectory for promotion. However, I feel I have the support I need to continue to excel at SentinelOne.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
