Pros
Great culture of collaboration, humility and respect. It's a place where you feel like your co-workers generally care for you. While every place has some politics, I feel like SentinelOne has done a good job of replacing people who had big egos and were difficult to work with.
The technology is phenomenal and the culture of innovation is strong.
I have been given so many different opportunities in my time at SentinelOne. Managers look to promote from within when possible and when people are hired from the outside generally they are good cultural fits.
Cons
It's a challenging and competitive market and historically the company struggled a bit to establish a clear and prioritized vision, but with recent hires in product management and sales leadership the company seems to be maturing.

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype
Cons
CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
