Pros

I have worked for SentinelOne for about four years and I can confidently say that this is one of the best workplaces I've ever been a part of. The company truly values its employees, fosters a positive work environment, and strives to provide opportunities for professional and personal growth. I've always felt valued, challenged, and supported by the leadership team here. SentinelOne fosters a collaborative and inclusive workplace where teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. Work-life balance is valued here as well, with generous PTO and managers who respect and understand the importance of personal time. To top it off, competitive salaries, comprehensive health benefits, and formal recognition platforms make working here even more rewarding!

Cons

SentinelOne has a fast-paced environment, which is great for growth but can sometimes feel overwhelming. As with any company that grows at an accelerated rate, there are processes that are still being refined. However, leadership is proactive about improving systems and addressing concerns to make those growing pains less painful :) Excellence is what we strive for here at SentinelOne, which can be demanding at times but this pushes all of us to do our best work and makes us proud to work here.

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Cons

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
