      Pros

      The company has successfully made the transition from startup to a larger corporate entity, while doing a good job of integrating nearly all of the products it's acquired. There's a ton of growth ahead as we move beyond the traditional EDR/EPP space, and eat more and more of CRWD's lunch. The people are generally pretty good, the pay and benefits are solid, and if we ever figure out how to make Wall Street happy the stock could easily shoot up 2-4x. I'll be here for the foreseeable future.

      Cons

      We're just big enough that sometimes less-than-competent people find places to hide. Product strategy has shifted a lot more than I would have liked, though it seems to be stabilizing now.

      Cons

      - Fast paced environment - for some this could mean a steep learning curve - Growing company challenges - you need to be ready for process changes and change in general as the company scales

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
